About Us
Jordan has over 22 years experience in the behavioral health care field. For nine years Jordan worked as the COO of a large community mental health center with over 1000 employees. Jordan is a graduate of Brandeis University and Boston University School of Social Work. He is a highly skilled project manager with experience in a variety of settings. Jordan brings a unique integration of macro and clinical social work skills with technology knowledge and years of applications implementation. Jordan has superior organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse groups of people, and brings strong analytic and writing skills to consulting projects. Jordan is also an energetic, enthusiastic and effective teacher and presenter. Other work experience includes working for a Managed Behavioral Healthcare company, a software company and teaching graduate school.
Susan is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Boston College Graduate School of Social Work. Susan is co-author of “Crossing the Bridge: Integrating Solution Focused Therapy into Clinical Practice” and “Solution-Focused Therapy with Mandated Clients: Cooperating with the Uncooperative,” in S. Miller, M. Hubble, & B. Duncan (Eds.), Handbook of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Susan works with couples, adolescents, and families using the Solution-Focused model. She has provided training for and consulted with management teams, mental health organizations, hospitals, state child welfare agencies, and managed care organizations, and has presented to professional audiences both nationally and internationally.
